Currency Policy: Research Solutions’ base currency is USD. We price everything in USD as we are a US entity and all of our publisher agreements are priced in USD. For the benefit of our customer, we offer pricing in multiple currencies. Exchange rates are set at the beginning of each month and our commitment to our customer is that the price that is displayed when they buy is the price they will be charged at the end of the month (regardless of subsequent movement in the exchange rate). We do understand that exchange rates will move during the month and that sometimes that change can be favorable or unfavorable. As a result, as a customer, you always have the option of paying us in USD. Our invoices will display a monthly cost to you in your preferred currency as well as USD. The invoice can be paid in your preferred currency or in USD.
