Tags are a useful way to organize citations within a Reference folder. You can input unlimited tags and the system stores each one and will provide an auto-populate option for a previously created tag. Once tags have been added, you can simply click to the left of each folder to view a list of tags, then click on the desired tag to filter all citations by the tag.
Once a tag has been added, that tag will appear as an option in the search interface so you can easily locate articles within your References which share that tag.
At times, a typo may create an unwanted tag. Sometimes, the completion of a project may render a tag obsolete. You can edit or remove the tag by clicking the gear icon to the right of the tag and selecting either Rename or Delete.
Tags will help you organize your reference folders, letting even large collections of articles be easily searchable so you can discover precisely the type of content you’re looking for. If you have any questions, please reach out to our customer support department for more information.
