Users of References Professional can now easily select multiple "PDF Library Tags" when ordering articles, enabling effortless automatic organization of literature into pre-defined folders via our "Smart Folders" functionality. This allows users to automatically populate their company's PDF Library with approved tags, making content easier to organize. Here's how it works:
First, the Administrator of the account sets up tags using the PDF Library Tags Management UI in the administrative interface of Article Galaxy. These tags will be accessible to all users when placing orders.
Once these have been established, the user's order form will include a drop-down menu featuring these tags. The user has the option of selecting one, some or none of these tags when placing a new order.
When an order has been completed, it will populate the PDF Library and the tags assigned will organize the identified articles into unique views within References.
This can help organize articles from within References and make it easier for end users to transfer citations into their own folders.
