Release notes for Bibliogo (www.bibliogo.com), the journal article web app for alerting, curation, access, collaboration and sharing.
- File upload enhancements: You can now upload one file of any type to each citation. You can also choose whether or not to share these files with bibliography workgroup members within your company. Since each bibliography member can upload and share a file, it is possible to make multiple files available to all bibliography members for any given citation. You can view video, listen to audio, etc. within Bibliogo as long as your web browser supports the file type. The file will download otherwise, e.g. Microsoft Excel. This is a good way to attach supplementary material to articles for yourself or to share.
- You now get all supplementary resources for citations in a single view. This means that, for any given citation, you can now switch between uploaded files, delivered articles, article order statuses, related web pages and OpenURL linkouts (if enabled on your account) with one click.
- Articles are now delivered immediately into Bibliogo when the Reprints Desk document delivery order is filled. This removes any delays that previously existed.
- You can now submit support tickets (questions, comments or ideas) to the Reprints Desk Help & Learning Center from within Bibliogo by clicking the ‘Get Help’ link.
