Option to populate PubMed ID in order form along with citation
When you send a citation from PubMed to Reprints Desk using a “Get article from Reprints Desk” button, the PubMed ID (PMID) can populate in the order form along with your citation. The PMID will be stored in a reference field with your order so it will be available as a data point in reports. Users, contact your Reprints Desk administrator if you are interested in this feature. Administrators, contact us if you would like to turn this option on or off.

Click column header to sort the administrator orders search list
Reprints Desk administrators can sort by a data field in the orders search list by clicking any column header.
Support to send email to end-user from order detail and bounce back detail
Reprints Desk administrators can send custom email messages in the standard Reprints Desk email notification template. Whatever text the admin inputs in the ‘Message’ field (see Admin User Interface above) appears in the email (See sample Email Sample below — bordered in orange for illustrative purposes only. There won’t be an orange border in actual emails.)
Printer-friendly buttons allow admins to generate coversheets for orders
Administrators can print order information by clicking any printer icon on the order search list page or the “Print” link on the order detail page. This will automatically open the print dialog.
